Mood swingsish

Today I've travelled from Timbuktu to Håkan

At three o'clock I'm entering a studio. it's time to record my radio devotionals. Butterflies, or maschine washers, in my tummy.

Buddies

My Latin teacher just sent me this. I wonder if she thinks we're closer than Moodle.

Last days of Summer/First days of Fall

So I went to Helsinki, to get a last shot of pregnant sister. Next time I see her there will be a new person attached to her and her husband. That's a fact that makes me smile.

Basically, what my family does, is walks. We bunch up in a big group, and then we walk. Walk, walk, walk. At one point I wished I had been my nephew, just sittin' on his baby sisters pram, chillin'.

We went to "Nokka", a summer place in
the middle of Helsinki.
One of my sisters has a tiny cottage there.
It's called "hökkelimökki".

We almost ate these. Luckily, my sister had a
mushroom-book, which politely indicated that
these might be poisonous.

There was a lot of family. At most we were twelwe.

Family. Walking. Strolling. Rambling. Enjoying.

Imagine living in a tiny house like this, on a beach,
in the middle of a big city. Just imagine.

The next day we went to Vihtis. And paid these dudes a visit.

And this morning I had the luxury of enjoying
croassaints and coffee with two of my sisters and
lovely baby A.

So there. My weekend.

I see a red door and I want to paint it black

No colors any more I want them to turn black.

So I'm going to a birthday party.
And I feel a bit Rolling Stones-ish.

Starting a collection of beautiful English sentences

"I just want to be there when the morning light explodes."

Working on my radio devotionals

My blog just went crazy

And it might just be my fault.

What lovely freshmen we have

Finally having a camera is a bliss. Too bad I can't show you any of the funny pictures I caught on our lovely freshmen (gulisar). There's something called privacy policy of elisheva (yes, there is).

All the freshmen received marguerites. In Swedish the flower is called "the rewerends collar", and the freshmen received them because when you've just arrived to the Faculty of Theology, there's allways a risk/chance hoovering above you: you might become a pastor...

My friend E:s student overall is one of the prettiest. She has a fishing kit hanging on it. She managed to catch a freshman with it.

We had pizza...

...and beer.

Of course we have a coconut shaving competition.

Afterwards we went to Poro. And danced a bit.

But I was cool.

There's always something on TV!

said Kelso in That 70´s Show, and nowadays, with dvd and all, it's true.

Little House on the Prairie - check
Roswell - check

Now I'm going to attach some patches to my student overall.

And, at 7 pm, I'm going to Evensong/Vesper.

Oh life. Is greater.

I am ashamed

Some things are more embarrassing than others. For example, to discover that you have spent 2 hours of this beautiful day on something as mentally deranged as moodle. (An equipment for assisted self-studies on the internet. Community-wannabe. Embarrassing to the grade that no one wants to pronounce its name.)

I'm now a happy owner of a perfect profile
on moodle.

Elisheva goes ENGLISH

Yep, I'm still sitting in the blue house, in the grey room. The first assignment of this course is still scandalously unbegun. I feel somewhat of a dejá vu at the moment. Empty screen, deadline tomorrow... I've been in this spot before, haven't I?
